Portuguese troubadour possibly identifiable with an homonym mentioned in the 1258 inquiries, along with a certain Gonçalo and a Lourenço Martins de Travanca (a locality close to Amarante). Although the books of lineages don’t mention him, his surname is not unknown to the Nobiliaries, since a certain Maria Martins de Travanca (possibly sister to the aforementioned individuals), that would have lived around the second half of the 13th century, is mentioned there.
